We will be closed for a little while. Not only to do maintenance work that we cannot do during opening hours, but also to give our monitors and other members of the flock a well-deserved rest.
We open again on Saturday, 26 September, and are looking forward to seeing you again.

Cancellation policy
Cancelled bookings are not eligible for a refund, but can be changed to another date within 90 days, only if the booking was cancelled latest before 09:30 hrs on the day of use. Please contact us by phone or e-mail for changing your date.
Special Event Days
Free entrances, annual passes and discount vouchers cannot be used on special event days such as Three-Kings 5 January, Easter Thursday to Sunday, Halloween 31 October, Christmas visit Santa Claus 23 December and 24 December.
Special Promotions
It is imperative to bring the original free entrance or discount voucher that indicates the expiry date. Expired vouchers, copies and screen shots will not be accepted.
