Cancellation policy
Cancelled bookings are not eligible for a refund, but can be changed to another date within 90 days, only if the booking was cancelled latest before 09:30 hrs on the day of use. Please contact us by phone or e-mail for changing your date.
Special Event Days
Please be advised that free entrances, annual passes and discount vouchers cannot be used on special event days such as Three-Kings 5 January, Easter Thursday to Sunday, Halloween 31 October, Christmas visit Santa Claus 23 December and 24 December.
